The service
imagebath helps you make advertising from your own photos and website. It is free to try. Free sets carry a small “made with imagebath” mark. We may add paid plans later and will say so clearly before anything costs money.
Your content
You keep every right to your photos, words and the ads you make. You confirm you have the right to use what you put in, and that it follows the upload policy. You give us permission to process it only to run the service.
The ads you make
You are responsible for your ads and for the claims in them. The headlines are suggestions: read them before you run them. Ads run on Market One follow Market One's own terms and are reviewed before they go live.
Fair use
Do not try to get around the content check, overload the service, or use it to make ads for anything illegal or harmful. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.
No warranty
imagebath is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, which for the free service is nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
