Upload policy
imagebath makes advertising that ordinary people see on ordinary websites. So the rules are simple, and they are checked automatically before any photo is used.
Not allowed
- Nudity, partial nudity or see-through clothing that shows it.
- Sexual or sexually suggestive images, including lingerie modelling and sexual posing.
- Anything that sexualises or endangers a child. We report it.
- Gore, graphic violence, or images made to shock.
- Hate symbols, harassment, or images of a private person used without their consent.
- Photos you do not have the right to use, such as someone else's product shots or artwork.
- Ads for products and services that ad networks refuse: weapons, illegal drugs, gambling, adult services, counterfeit goods.
How the check works
Before the bath touches a photo, a small copy (448 pixels on the long side) is sent to an image model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. It answers whether the photo shows nudity, sexual content, risk to a child or gore. If it does, the photo is refused with a short note, and nothing is kept. If the check cannot run, the photo is refused rather than waved through. The same check runs again before a set is sent to Market One.
Automated checks make mistakes in both directions. If a photo is refused wrongly, try a different shot, or write to us. If you see an ad made here that breaks these rules, write to contact@marketoneweb.com and we will take it down.
What happens to uploads
- Photos you drop are processed in your browser. Only the small check copy is sent, and it is not stored.
- When you run ads on Market One, the finished set is uploaded to private storage with a random name, never at a public or guessable address, never indexed, and deleted after seven days.
- Your history of baths lives only in your own browser.
Accounts
Anyone who breaks this policy, or tries to get around the check, loses access to imagebath and Market One.
